Wonderful and scrumptious breakfast with fruit, western options, and pancakes, quick check-in, and late check-out made everything excellent.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Hoan Kiem Lake, Mai Chau and the temple of literature. Stopped by Dream Beans Coffee to get some coffee and treats, it's just next door to the venue, recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right down a busy alley in the heart of the central old district. It was within easy walking distance of St Joseph's Cathedral and all the shops and eateries. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's spa and wellness center was a fantastic bonus, offering a wide range of treatments and services. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided here.

I had a fantastic day here and wish I could have stayed longer, the breakfast was delicious with omelettes and beef pho, and my room was clean and budget-friendly with a balcony.

I recently had a great stay at 22Land Residence Hotel & Spa. It was a short trip, only two nights, but I had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and convenient location.
